Refund

Hey hey! So i’ve been trying out the bot for the last week or so and it just isn’t a fit for my niche. Ive gotten some booked calls but none have been qualified. Ive changed the bot time and time again and it just isnt the human connection i need for this highly emotional space. That and even with all the ruling, it is quick to disquaify leads and has been bugging out a couple times recently just spamming messages. Also learned that the 3 day follow up in there might not be allowed on the meta platform? So wanting to keep myself out of trouble if thats true as well. On the call I was informed if this were the case, i could easily request a refund. I would like to do that now. I appreciate it, just a bit buggy and doesn’t work for my business.
