Negative Filter

Right now the check-boxes seem to be operating as AND filters, and not OR filters.

I’d love to be able to toggle between [Any] [All] [Not Any] on the tag filter checklist.

Right now might be a nice-to-have, i’ll come back again to request, if it turns into a real pain
